2009 ANS Student Conference

Transportation - Airports, Airfare, and Airport Shuttles

Do not book your airfare until you have registered for the conference.
We offer a few different options that will affect your arrival and departure times.
See the tables below for details, and follow the appropriate tables during registration and the booking of your airfare.

We recommend using Orlando International Airport (MCO).
The 2009 ANS Student Conference will provide complementary shuttle busses between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the conference as described below.

We shall NOT provide transportation between Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) and the conference, but you are welcome to provide your own transportation to and from this airport.
Although GNV is located closer to campus than MCO, flights tend to be less expensive when avoiding regional airports. We want to save students money.
